Pleiotropic effects of the chromosome 2D genes Ppd1 for day lenght intensitivity, Rht8 for GA responsive height reducing were investigated using homozygous recombinant lines Cappelle-Desprez (Mara 2D). Ppd1 grains 1 and 2 florets, grains in spikelet and grains/ear in 1991. Rht8 significantly reduces height in both years. In 1992 were observed more efficient pleiotropic effects Rht8 gen on more yields components
