The efficiency of regeneration was about 12 plantlets per callus. A part of hybrid calluses were treated with the colchicin. It caused the increase of the number of fully fertile regenerants, from 1 to 20 percent. In vitro culture composed with interspecific hybridization seems to be good way to induce a large numbers of new forms in short time
