Testing germination energy and force of corn grains subjected to dynamic load

Using author's original methods, tests of seeding corn were carried out by striking a spadix against a screen in a testing stand of his design. Analyses of grain micro- and macrodamage and of germination energy and force of grains were also conducted. The results were submitted to statistical analysis in order to elaborate these results in the form of histograms of dependence of the above-specified factors from screen inclination angles and screen materials applied to seeding
