Effect of rye content and tylosin in diets on pig fattening performance

An experiment on 120 Polish Large White pigs fed a diet containing 50, 65 or 80 percent of ground rye and Tylan (tylosin-20 ppm) supplementation was carried out. No effect of diet rye content on feed conversion efficiency, weight gain and carcass dressing percentage in pigs was stated. The slight beneficial effect of diet tylosin addition on pig fattening performance was observed
