Influence of antibiotic and fungicides on biotical relations and enzymatic activity of microorganisms in relation to soil fertilization treatment
1993
Piotrowski, W. | Slizak, W. (Akademia Techniczno-Rolnicza, Bydgoszcz (Poland))
The studies was carried out on the grey brown podzolic soil with long-term different fertilization. It was found that Streptomycin reduced the values of biotic relation index but Nystatin and Dithane M-45 (mankozeb) increased it. This effect was most strongly in case of soil without fertilizers. Oxafum T (carboxin + thiuram) and Dithane M-45 most strongly reduced enzymatic activity of bacteria while Streptomycin and Nystatin increased it. The negative effect of the applied pesticides was strongest with regard to bacteria from mineral fertilized soil and the faintest towards bacteria from manure fertilized soil
