In the result of the studies, the following findings were made: the applied prophylactic spraying of trees against leaf curling and leaf perforation proved not effective in protecting the trees against infection; among three different protection programs, only the treatments of the program with Topsin proved partially effective in the protection for trees against the spread of bark and wood diseases
