The hormonal profile of cows with feto-placental insufficiency

In the article are presented the data about content of progesterone, estradiol-17 beta, cortisol, corticosterone, triiodothyronine, thyroxine in the blood plasma of healthy cows and the animals with the feto-placental insufficiency on 242, 256, 264, 275 days of pregnancy. It is drawn a conclusion that in basis of the feto-placental insufficiency in cows lay the processes of disturbance of the synthesis and metabolism of the steroids and thyroid hormones
