The effect of rootstock clones onto the grape yield and quality of Riesling Italian in area full of Tamnava [Serbia, Yugoslavia]

Riesling Italian variety was grafted onto 5 rootstocks and 13 clones in total. The number and medium mass varied from year to year, depending on rootstocks clone. The largest number of grape was made on next rootstock: 1103 clone 113, 5 BB clone 13 and 114, 5 C clone 6-52 and 6-53. The grape single bunch during the examining period varied from 57 g to 76 g. Riesling Italian variety gave its best yield an the rootstock 41 B clone 87, 5 C clone 6-52, 5 BB clone 114 and 1103 clone 113. Comparatively great amount of sugar content in the most was found on the rootstocks: 5 C clone 6-16 and 6-53, 5 BB clone 6-52, 1103 clone 113.
