Agronomical value of the promising NS maize hybrids [Yugoslavia]

Grain yield with 14 moisture content in 85 maize hybrids different maturity groups (FAO 100-800) were investigated in 1994. Hybrids FAO 100-400 were examined in 5 locations, at two plant densities. Hybrids FAO 500-800 were examined in 10 locations, at two plant densities. The trials were conducted according to randomised block design, in three replication with 40 plants per replication. Better yielding hybrids than standard were identified.
