The influence of the different pruning on the grape yield of the clone 198 of the variety Riesling White in Zitkovac vineyard district [Serbia, Yugoslavia]

The results of the investigations show that the values of the investigated significators varied per year and depending on the variants. The vegetative potential of the trunk was the increasing number of the fertile buds per cane. The number of clusters increased with the increasing number of the fertile buds. The intensity of the increase was relatively low in comparison with the increase of the number of the fertile buds. The yield of the grape varied with the years of the investigation and did not strongly depend on the variants of the investigation. The biggest yield of grape was realised with the variant with biggest number of buds - 4.980 kg per trunk.
