[Enzymic hydrolysates as feeds in chickens fed diets]

In this paper, the influence of the inclusion of enzymic protein hydrolysates of sunflower and soybean oil meal, instead of native feeds, in chickens fed diets was investigated. The use of protein hydrolysates in diets has not influenced chickens growth, but caused the extensive improvement of the feed conversion and the particular increase of PER values.
