Influence of microwaves over the germination of tomato sowing seeds

It is studied the influence of microwaves, frequency 2450 MHz, 150 W power- 1,2,3,4,5 min exposing time; 300 W power - 1,2 min exposing time and 450 W power - 1 min exposing time over tomato seeds sort "Milyana", humidity - 8 and a germination 87-94, fixed in January - March, May - July. It was determined that the seeds of 94 germination after processing in the combinations: - 150 W power, 2,4,5 min exposing time, 300 W power, 1 min exposing time and one day storage at normal warehouse conditions have a germination 97-99; - 150 W power, 1,2,3,4,5 min exposing time, 300 W power, 1,2 min exposing time and 450 W power, 1 min exposing time, after 15 days storage at normal warehouse conditions have 0,5 to 5 lower germination than the unprocessed ones.
