The study of nutritional mixtures for growing planting material of fruit cultures in containers by winter grafting method was carried out in 1990-1992. In order to grow the planting material in one vegetation period, the following nutritional mixtures can be recommended: for apple tree - high peat with pH 4.5-5.5 and the content of N sub (200) P sub (2) O sub (560) K sub (2) O sub (170) mg/100 g of absolutely dry matter; for stone fruit crops - high peat with pH 5.5-6.5 and the content of N sub (200) P sub (2) O sub (560) K sub (2) O sub (170) mg/100 g of absolutely dry matter
