The developmental speed of silkworm and of pebrine parasitized on it under the condition of 3 terms protection of seed cocoon, differed according to the condition of temperature. The increment of temperature of it increases the number of development of micro-particle spores. Therefore, the ratio of virulent detection in the inspection of parent butterfly is increased. The ratio of virulent detection in the examination of parent butterfly is higher in 24 deg C than in 20 deg C of 3 terms protection temperature of seed cocoon
