Costs of wheat production in Croatia and export prospects

The wheat production per year and the processing capacities of the mill companies are greater than domestic needs and so there are possibilities for export. The share of the wheat price as a part of the final flour price was 72.4 percent while the processing costs were only 27.6 percent of the total. The interdependence of wheat and mill product prices shows a high correlation of 0.7769
