Fish held for 156 days in water containing 2.59 mg Zn/cu. dm gave significantly lower number of offspring as compared with control group. Fish held in control conditions, but previously kept in zinc, showed lower mortality and better reproductive parameters than fish kept in control conditions during the whole experiment
