The effect of lipid supplements to fodder on morphobiochemical characteristics of two-year trout

The data on the effect of 5-8 % of vitamin lipid feeds (VLF) added to fodder on relative values and chemical composition of two-year trout organs and tissues are presented. Addition of VLF resulted in lower liver index and higher coefficient of fatness. In trout consuming fodder with VLF the content of fat in miscles, especially abdominal, was much higher than in the control. Feeding additional amounts of fat did not result in intensive accumulation of lipids in fish liver, that is, their physiological condition was normal
