Possible genetic improvement of cattle reproductivity is discussed. Method of estimation of cow reproductivity by number of calves born from one cow within one year of its life was proposed. Reproductive rate was determined. One of the most significant factor of higher reproductivity of animals is proved to be widely used the best sires within line breeding
