On the basis of our results and published information we can state that osmotic pressure is the dynamic pedochemical property. Osmotic pressure is influenced by the dose and form of applied fertilizers. The increase of osmotic pressure values with growing depth of the soil profile indicates a migration of osmotic active materials. Osmotic pressure can be regarded as a significant productive and ecological factor.
