Study aimed to determine some factors influenced on charolais' frozen semens used for artificial insemination (AI) of the farmers in 1990. Fourty one independent variables were assigned by some impacts of Charolais' frozen semens used for AI of the farmers in 1989 and factors existed to the farmers in 1990, as for instance socio-economic factors, input factors, agricultural extension factors and farmer's breeding improvement knowledge. The data were gathered from 140 farmers who used Charolais' frozen semens for AI in 1990, through structured interview schedule. They were analyzed by using the Stepwise Multiple Regression and selecting the best multiple regression equation. The combined effect of the number of Bos indicus crossbred females (62.2 %), calving rate (20.6 %), training (3.1 %), communication exposure (3.0 %) and the age at the first AI (1.5 %), respectively determines 90.6 percent of the variation in Charolais' frozen semens used of AI of the farmers in 1990.
