Discusses pests of mango fruits and seeds. The most important pests are Tephritid fruit flies of the genus Anastrepha. The only pest of mango seeds recorded in the region is the mango seed weevil Sternochetus mangiferae. This insect is known from Dominica, St. Lucia and the French West Indies.
