[Effect of organic acids on production and carcass quality of broilers in fattening]

Chickens of female line hybrid Hybro were divided into 6 groups and were given starter and finisher diet mixture, balanced and difference was only in additives. The 1st group was control, the 2nd and 3rd groups were given diets containing citric acid of 0.5 and 1 conc. Diets of the 4th and 5th group were given Mold-Chek Plus of 0.5 and 1 conc. and the 6th group was given probiotic Probios. The treatment continued for 6 weeks and during this period body weight and daily gain were determined. Daily diet conversion, protein and metabolic energy utilization for whole period were determined. During whole experiment, feed consumption for 1 kg of gain, consumption of metabolic energy and proteins for 1 kg of gain were determined. Carcass quality (meat yield and adipose tissues percentage) was obtained at the end of experiment. Chemical analysis of carcass (determination of protein and fat content in carcass) was performed
