The most numerous entomopathogenous fungus on leaf aphids is Pandora neoaphidis. The obtained results showed that the number of formed and ejected conidia depends on the dimension of the host body. The largest number of conidia was found in wingless adult aphids, where was on average 39,969 of conidia. The lowest number of conidia was found in larvae of the first stage, only 3,865 conidia on average. The real value of LD is between 5.15 and 8.46 conidia/square mm. The incubation of Pandora neophidis at 20 deg C is 3.8 days, at 16 deg C is 4.4 days, and at 6 deg C is 11.8 days, average. The longevity of the infected aphids is considerably lower. The infected aphids in relation to the healthy lived shorter for 23-33, and their fecundity is decreased for 43-53, in dependence on temperature.
