Experiment on rooting and survival situation of transplanting of Immortel cuttings from the different portions of the Immortel branch

In order to study the methods of fast propagation of high quality immortel nursery stocks, different portions of the stem were used as cuttings for comparison in the experiment. Four treatments were applied (1) the top portion of the stem (2) the first portion below the top portion (3) the second portion below the top portion (4) the randomly collected cuttings. The results revealed that the cuttings sprouted leaves 4-8 days after the they were cut. Samples (2) and (3) treated cuttings started sprouting leaves uniformly
