1995
Moran Robles, M. (Universidad Nacional Agraria de La Molina, Lima (Perou))
In vitro solid and liquid cultures of embryos and vegetative explants from two Chenopodiaceae fodder crops, Atriplex halimus and Kochia scoparia on Berenbiha et al. and Murashige and Skoog basic media additioned with different concentrations of IAA, NAA, 2,4-D, BAP and K has been essayed. Calogenesis initiation from embryos in both species was observed six to eight days after. Calli present differences in volume, colours and external appearance. Only transfers in liquid media present stem and root neoformations. Calogenesis from vegetative parts of A. halimus was observed. Calli developed fast and presented similar differences with those developed from the embryos. Root neoformations appeared after the passage in solid media. Cell culture assays are been developed now.
