The following principles have crystallized for the sustainable development of Hungarian agriculture: it must protect the environment, save resources, protect health, make the present and future generations of farmers interested in sustaining the processes and it must also preserve biodiversity. The essence of the development of sustainable agriculture in an activity restricted by the regeneration of natural resources the requirements of human health protection and the loading of environment. At the same time, this activity will create the interest of agriculturalists in meeting social and economic demands
