In a rye experiment set up on calcareous, weakly humic sandy soil supplied with a build-up rate of potassium fertilizer, potassium desorption studies were carried out on soil samples taken from the ploughed layer on ten occasions in the course of vegetation, using a continuous flow of aqueous and ammonium acetate eluent solutions
