An overview of the existing aquaculture systems in Ghana is presented, focusing on low-input systems. Information was collected using rapid appraisals through site visits. With the help of farm transects, bioresource flow diagram (where applicable) were made in the course of interviews. Existing problems and immediate options and potentials are pointed out
