Study about process of homogenization green forage from corn

Results of examinations of new version of homogenizing chaft-cutter with slating finish cutters are shown. Structure of received chaft, electric energy taken by homogenizing unit, yield of machine and singular power application were examined. The best network was of 7-8 finish cutting slats. Chaft received in this network was characterized by fully longwise cut with size of segments less than 3 mm. Further diminishing of working slit makes impetuous growth of singular power application, power consumption and decrease of yield of finish cutting chaft-cutter
