The highest shoot number was obtained in white and blue light on the medium with BA. Shoots formed in red light were the longest, whereas blue light inhibited shoot elongation. Shoots multiplicated in white light were rooted in vitro in darkness and under white, blue and red light. The rooting medium supplemented with auxin (NAA) or without auxins was used. The highest number of roots per shoot was obtained in white light on the medium without growth regulators. Roots formed under blue light had the highest fresh weight. Rooting process was significantly inhibited in darkness
