This paper presents the current state of financial information collected in various legal and organizational forms of agricultural enterprises. Presently developed, unified system of family farms accountancy has been discussed here, which ought to assure comparability of results obtained with the Agricultural Accountancy Data System in the European Union. Based on this, the concept of system has been suggested according to the requirements of monitoring of economical information, which refer to the agriculture sector on the regional and country level
