Effects of boron fertilization on sugar beet cultivation

It was found that in the soil and climatic conditions of the Olsztyn province, the sugar beet yield depended to a great extent on the boron fertilization. The highest yield level was achieved in the case of 4 kg B/ha and 160 kg N/ha. It was also shown that there was a significant relationship between the sugar beet productivity, the available boron content in the soil and its content at the stage of 4-5 leaf pairs
