[The making the "Openbaar Slachthuis" (Public Slaughterhouse) into a private enterprice: a necessity?]

As the result of a restricted, slow, uncoordinated approach of the renovation, improvement and expansion of the Public Slaughter House, the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Fisheries has decided to privatise it. Three different management methodes are discussed: -the Nameless Partnership, -the Institution and -the Cooperative Association. Finally an appendix is included about the present situation of the slaughter facilities and recommendations for the renovation based on a pre-feasibility study in an IICA-publication
