The transition to the market methods of management has not yet given any positive results. The final products output as calculated for a unit of a vineyard area is falling. One of the reasons for it is the breakage of economic links with the ex-Soviet states. The author believes that the complex efficiency rising can be reached on the basis of modern infrastructure forming, marketing service , perfection of economic mechanism of industry, agriculture and trade interrelations.
