The paper deals with the floristic composition and structure of weed sinuzia in a double cropped corn depending of applied tillage system, as for irrigation conditions, as well for nonirrigated plots. Weed sinuzia on the slightly calcareous chernozem are composed relatively by the small number of species, mainly from summer aspect. Regarding control plot following conventional tillage system, the higher weediness has been appointed on the plots followed by conservation tillage systems, except under no-tillage practice in irrigation conditions, because of organic mulch effect on the weed abundance decrease. By the application of irrigation the total weediness for the examined tillage methods has increase almost triple approximately. Floristic composition and structure of weed sinuzia predominantly has been modified by the dynamics of the hydro-thermal characteristics in the surface layer of soil.
