The importance of plant Brassica oleracea L., is based on its nutritional value and the possibility of its being consumed all the year round, either as fresh or biologically preserved. This paper presents the ways 25 F1 hybrids' rosette inherits breadth and number of leaves; they are selected using the method of partial diallels, after the crossbreeding of 10 parents: 2 kale and 8 cabbage cultivars. In this plant, the productive organ used for human consumption is the head while the leafy rosette is being thrown away; however, that part of the plant could make an excellent livestock feed. It is useful for all domestic animals: beef cattle, sheep, pigs, goats, horses, poultry and rabbits. In this way, the plant will have no residues. Only the root remains in the ground.
