Efficacy of the application of sulfonylurea derivates in reduced maize weed society

In the paper the results of the investigation, on the efficacy of herbicides, sulfonylurea derivates (primisulfuronmethyl, rimsulfuron, nicosulfuron and prosulfuron), in maize crop in very changed and reduced weed flora, are presented. The investigated herbicides, under investigation conditions manifested low efficiency in reducing number of weed species, number of weed plants and weed mass per surface unit. The lowest efficacy was realized in decreasing in number of weed species. All of the investigated herbicides manifested the highest efficacy in decreasing of weed mass per surface unit
