Using rumens of fistulated cows and nylon bags, the study carried out to determine the dynamics of 11 feedstuffs and 3 mixed feeds digestibility and their effect on cow nutrition. Dynamics of dry matter digestibility with roughages and mixed feeds exhibited marked lack of uniformity. Concentrates had appreciably stronger degradability in the rumen than roughages except for unwilted alfalfa. Dynamics of N (proteins) digestibility in relation to other constituents in feedstuffs was rather slow. However, concentrates again had much faster dynamics of digestibility than roughages. Dynamics of starch digestibility was very strong in both concentrates and roughages. However, if results of the dynamics of starch digestibility with all studied feeds are analized, then roughages are advantageous. The cows fed with diet of faster and more uniform dynamics had daily milk yield of 28.09 l per cow, whereas that with a control group was 26.33 l per cow. Experimental group of cows had a little higher fat content in milk, as well as more acceptable content of urea in milk.
