It was found, that aromatization of udder by 10 apple essence and including of prestarter feed mix for animals of first group leads to an increasing of consumed fodder by 9.5 and of average daily gain by 22.82, respectively.Addition of 4 hydrolized protein in mix of animals of second group increased fodder consumption by 21.86 and average daily gain by 27.78.
