Bulgarian. Composition of milk - total solids 18,82%, fat 7,77%, solids non fat 11,13%, protein 5,90% and lactose 4,52% demonstrate good possibilities of using Karakachan sheep milk for milk products.The results confirmed possibilities of using Karakachan sheep in improving breeding programs.
