[Characteristics of genealogical structure of Limousine herd of "Priozerny" farm]

The breeding value of sires of the main genealogical lines and related groups of Limousine herd at "Priozerny" farm was studied. Lines of Toveaux 8714815, Pompon 9476 and Rossignole 9447 were the most valuable. Cows of these lines and their calves at the age of 6-7 months had 585-601 kg and 217-222 kg of live weight respectively
