The trial was carried out in 1995...1996 in the company Sakala Toulinnukasvatus. The new Estonian poultry feeding standards for the brown egg shell laying hens quarantee high production performance data. Feeding standards of white egg shell laying hens are unsuitable for brown egg shell laying hens. An addition of 0.05 per cent of enzyme preparation MEK-CGAP-M to the diet had a favourable influence on the production performance data of the brown egg shell laying hens
