Significant effects of the three factors, interaction,P.N.and seeding rates, were found on number of spikes/m, weight of 1000 kernels/gm. The maximum number of spikes 319.3 was obtained from the treatment combination (120P+240N+100 Seeding rate) Kg/ha,while maximum kernel weight was found from (120P+120N+100 Seeding rate) Kg/ha. giving 3.31 grams for 1000 kernels. Significant differences were found in grain and biological yields resulted from the treatment (120P+240N+200 seeding rate) Kg/ha., being 5488.7 and 15945.7 for grain and biological yields and out yielded significantly (60P+80N+100 seeding rate) Kg/ha. which gave 3488.8 and 9133.4 Kg/ha for both traits respectively. Protein and ash percentages increased significantly in both grain and flour as the fertilizer rates increased
