The distribution of IgA-containing cells (IgA-cells) was immunohistochemically evaluated in the mucosal layer of the bovine teats lactating milk containing inflammatory exudates. The significantly increased number of IgA-cells was observed in the mucosa with sever infiltration of lymphocytes
