Technical basis of agricultural enterprises

The number condition and application of agricultural machines possessed and used by private peasant farms and other agricultural enterprises have been analysed. The following conclusions have been drawn: the machines are old, the number of newly bought tractors has decreased, the technical maintenance and repair is not satisfactory, the existing machinery is not used to the full in a season. The necessity to renew the machinery fleet and to provide the feasibility for good technical service are emphasized.
