Complex processing of eggs for obtaining biologically active preparations

The given paper deals with the research on complex processing of eggs to obtain biologically active preparations for the use in food production and livestock breeding. As the result of the research several egg processing technologies have been developed considering the available equipment, the production and realization possibilities as well as the demand for the product. Possible prices of the preparations have been calculated. It is stated that complex egg processing according to the developed technologies is a profitable branch of food industry.
