Soybean, in comparison with other species, has much more needs of nourishing elements, especially nitrogen, determined by its high content in beans and plant. The studied factors had a great influence on the level of the yields obtained according to the climatic conditions of the research years, soybean being one of the crops on which climatic factors greatly influenced the quantitative crop level. So, the N80 fertilisation yield increases of 102-490 kg/ha in 2 of the 3 years taken into study. For the period of 1992-1994 the yield increase caused by the N80 fertilisation was of the 178 kg/ha (18 percent). The seed treatment with bacterial preparations (Rhizobium japonicum) have yield increases of 375-395 kg/ha (22-24 percent) in comparison with the untreated and unfertilized variant and of 217 kg/ha (12 percent) comparatively with the N80 fertilised and untreated variant. Seed treatment with bacterial preparations and N80 fertilisation influenced significantly plant productivity elements and isignificantly media values of their biological characteristics.
