A thresher for cones of European larch (Larix decidua MILL.) was designed in order to replace the existing discontinual method of threshing for heat-opened cones. The radial-axial threshing unit, especially shaped beater grate and the output throttling caused that during threshing arise vibrations of the pre-defined frequency that together with impact and mixing are an integral part of a complicated and sucessful process of threshing
