As referring to field practice at commercial farm of surin cumpus student, that some farmers decreased stress in summer by using l-lysine and vitamin. These experiments were carried out to investigate effect of l-lysine and vitamin on stress decreasion in winter. Experiment 1 studied of stress decreasion by adding 2 level of l-lysine (150 and 300 g/100 kg) in control ration. One hundred and eighty commercial hens were arranged in CRD. There were 3 treatments, twenty replication in each treatment. Egg productions were collected for 9 weeks.
