Both chemical and certain physical properties of Yasothon (Yt), Warin (Wn) and Korat (Kt) soil series forming on different geological formation and/or landform were studied. As a result, their chemical properties are more or less the same but to certain extents, their physical properties such as the sorting grain size distribution and mineral composition of sandy particles, percentage of clayey and silty size particle as well as thier mineral composition are different. This will affect the use as well as the management of such soils. Therefore, to solve the problem, when classified the soils geological formation as well as landform is needed to take into consideration.
